Refleto — Privacy Policy

Overview

Refleto is a productivity app for macOS and iOS that helps you manage daily missions and discover inspiring quotes. We believe your data belongs to you. This policy explains what data Refleto collects and how it's handled.

Data Collection

            Refleto does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data to third parties.
        

No analytics — We do not track usage, behavior, or sessions
No crash reporting — No crash data is sent to any server
No advertising — No ads, no ad networks, no tracking
No third-party SDKs — No external services collect your data

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and the file system:

Missions (tasks) — Your daily to-do items and their completion state
Quotes — Your saved and custom quotes
Settings — Language preference, notification settings, theme preferences

iCloud Sync

Refleto uses iCloud (NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore) to sync your data between your Mac and iPhone:

Sync is optional and controlled by your iCloud settings
Data is transmitted over encrypted channels via Apple's iCloud infrastructure
We do not have access to your synced data — it goes directly between your devices through Apple's servers

Notifications

Refleto uses local notifications for:

Daily quote reminders — A daily inspirational quote notification
Mission reminders — Reminders for your scheduled tasks

Notification permissions are requested on first launch. You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Settings or in System Settings → Notifications. No push notification data is sent to any server.

Widgets

Refleto provides home screen and desktop widgets that display your mission progress. Widgets read data from the app's local storage and do not transmit any data externally.

Children

Refleto is suitable for all ages and is rated 4+ on the App Store. No data is collected from anyone, including children.

Data Deletion

To delete all your data, simply delete the Refleto app from your device. All local data will be permanently removed.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update it here with a revised date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
